For me, it has always been about people.

It’s no surprise that my career led me to coaching. Connecting with people and supporting them to achieve their goals, have been common threads throughout my life and are now the foundations of my business practice. I am truly passionate about coaching and development.

I began my career as a lawyer practicing Business Law with a leading national law firm. After several years, I transitioned to the firm’s law firm management team where I acted as the Director of Professional Resources. In that role, I hired, developed, managed and coached the firm’s associates and students.

Enhance your performance, professional success & overall happiness in work & in life.

I work primarily with lawyers (at all levels), but not exclusively. I have also worked with doctors, business executives and other professionals.

I love what I do and consider it a privilege to work with clients in this capacity.
